Cats, aggressive dogs and their owners

Our Cornish Rex has caravanned with us since she joined our family. She walks nicely on a lead and we use a running line next to the awning and she's attached to that by a lead and carabina. She's attracted a lot of attention over the past couple of years from cat lovers and as a result we've met some really nice people.

However. Some people find it 'funny' to bring their dog near to our cat when she's either on the line (which means coming onto our pitch) or right up to her when she's walking on the harness - and this has only happened this week at the Brighton site. The poor little mite is now shaking after a particularly unpleasant experience, and I'm not too happy either. This happened this evening with the same family walking down to the gate and back again with their large and agressive dog - and the owner thought it funny.

Do these people have no brain?

Thought about reporting them to the warden, but I have no way of identifying these people other than scouring a large site (and I'm mobilty impaired and my husband is blind) and I suspect that if I did find them my request to keep off our pitch and away from our cat won't be well received.

Any advice out there?
