River and Lough Licence Ireland

Good morning everyone

 I'm planning a holiday to southen Ireland in June. I'm taking my kayak and would like to sail on the rivers and loughs. Can anyboby tell me how i go about obtaining a river/lough licence for the duration of my stay.

    Have you tried Googling 'Kayaking in the Republic of Ireland' or an enquiry to the Irish Tourist Information Office?
