I'm looking to purchase a new awning, and I do not really understand the sizing.

My awing at present is a 943cm and the one I like says its for a 235-250 rail height.

can someone tell me if this will fit please !!

It's the Length you need to get right. The rail height should be ok. So i would think you need an awning that fits a Caravan with the awning length of 950cm.

    Hope this helps.

Is the awning you are looking to buy a porch or air awning?  If so the height measurement should be fine for most vans. This is the measurement from floor to awning rail but you need a bit extra to allow for uneven ground.

The measurement of 943 is needed to choose a suitable full traditional awning as explained above

It's worth checking how the awning you like will work around your windows etc. The length will generally be 260, 390 etc

    Thanks for the quick response.

Its an air awning (Kampa 390 pro) that we are looking for. I guess this means its 3.90 mtrs long. Which is shorter that the original awning, whic is not a problem.

Many thanks for your help and assistance
