Lunar delamination

Has any member had a problem with Lunar floor delamination?  My two year old Quasar has this problem in the middle of the floor, in front of the fridge and sink.  To repair it will mean cutting the floor in a number of places to peel back the floor covering.  So are 'as new' van will no longer be 'as new'  We will certainly notice the repair ... and so will others! This will result in a later lower trade-in price. Vans, at their great cost should be bult 'fit for purpose', with materials that will last.
