Replacing lights in Swift Bessacar E560

we dislike the lights that are fitted into the bulk head in the cab of our 2010 Bessacar. When  sitting in the captain chairs facing into the interior the lights shine directly down onto your head, or dazzle the person sitting in the opposite seat,
whilst they can be rotated it is insufficient to make it comfortable. We have been looking for over 3 years to replace them. We have found flexible lights similar to those fitted on later models but unfortunately as yet have been unable to find anything that
will cover the gap once the current lights are removed. Has anyone else had this problem, and  have you resolved it?
