Are sun canopies allowed on non awning pitches.

    We do have our a sun canopy sometimes. We would never leave it out even a little overnight or if we leave our motorhome for any time.  We too have seen the damage that can be done in seconds if the wind gets under it.  We have a storm strap but have never
    used it and I'm not sure I'd risk it. One leg slightly lower than the other is really good advice if your using it as a rain cover

    Old Hartley is a lovely site BUT VERY VERY tight and being on top of a cliff rather exposured .  Definitely no awnings and as others have said next door's car can almost be on your step and some spaces do have their parking space separate.
