Abbey Wood or Crystal Palace?

Hi planning to stay at either one of these sites in the spring / summer next year.  Have read reviews and can't decide which  

We have a motorhome and will be relying on public transport to make frequent visits into Central London  

Any comments regarding these sites much appreciated
