Graphic replacement

We have had our Swift 530 for some months now and really pleased with it, but the only thing that lets it down are the faded graphic's.  

I have tried a firm that was mentioned on here, but the promised colour samples have never arrived and the email asking why was never answered.

Why is it so hard to give money to firms?
