Advice sought for buying first caravan

My wife, myself and 4 small kids (all under 5) have decided to purchase our first caravan. We have rented a few out and know roughly what we want. We have narrowed it down to two caravans based on our needs and price range:

2005 Avondale Dart 556/6

2003 Lunar Zenith 6

I have heard that Avondale went out of business - Is there any difficulty getting relevant parts if required?

I would not be the best at fixing things, so we would be looking for reliability over anything else.

Does anyone have any views on the two caravans mentioned (pros and cons).

I would appreciate any advice, as I do not want our first purchase of a caravan to go horribly wrong.
