My neighbour has a caravan to sell

My neighbour who is in her late 70's and recently widowed needs to sell her caravan. Her late husband (died last year bless him) and her were regular caravanners and were active in a Christian Fellowship caravan club off some description. He used to do the
tugging as she doesnt drive.

Anyway she has asked if I wouldnt mind cleaning it for her, in readiness to sell. I will gladly do this but I said I would try and find out when the best time to sell would be and also where would be best to sell.

So any suggestions greatly appreciated. Im not sure what flavour of caravan it is btw
