Second car charges by CC

hi I got to site today we don't have a tow car anymore so we have to use Craig's van he's a caravan service engineer so that's ok to tow but it's hard parking it when on holiday etc so we took my skoda octavia as its cheap to run and we can use it all week. 

I got to site and was told if I put my 2 cars on my pitch I wud be charged an extra £2 a night. I said never been charged before at hillhead when my friend put her car on pitch. She even got the huge cc folder out to show me. 

Have any of you heard of this before?. Have you been charged for this?
