Unicorn Valencia Shower Problems
Myself and another club member purchased our new Bailey Unicorn Valencias within a few weeks of each other in Autumn 2010 and have enjoyed using them regularly since.
In the past week or so we have BOTH noticed distortion and visible splitting of the shower wall in the rounded corner to the left of the cubicle as you look into it.
Bailey have refused to address this under warranty stating the shower unit is only covered for 2 years - a stance I find amazing as this is obviously a build or design issue and certainly a problem that my own local dealer was already aware of.
I would be very interested to hear from anyone else who has experienced similar problems on their Valencia as I feel very strongly that Bailey are not offering good customer service in refusing to accept any responsibility in this instance. Surely they must
expect such an integral part of their top selling van to have a life expectancy of more than 2 years?
