Do testers really know what we the users want. I do not need a window in the roof, to hot in summer and to cold in winter. I do not need a micro wave, we spent £350 to get our removed and the space converted to a cupboard. Do we really need a fully lined
shower copartment, we managed for years without the lining. I wonder how much wieght could be saved without these so called benifits.
