Cheaper Propane Gas

I have recently purchased a Safefil gas bottle and have filled it for the first time.  Autogas @ 53.9 pence per litre equals a full 7.5 Kg bottle for £7.83.  I would expect to be charged in the region of £25-00 for a 6 Kg Calor Lite refill. 

So, 25% more gas for about 30% of the price.  Why don't more of us switch away from Calor, etc..
