Caravan Black Streaks

I have an Elddis Xplore 452 which I am very happy with except it seems to be plagued with the black streak syndrome. Does anybody have a remedy for these unsightly marks? I can clean them off with some hard work but it doesn't seem to take long before they
are back. Any suggestions?
