Caravan Movers?

Trying to work out details of my Caravans payload.

Managed to apportion a weight to most items save the"Mover"

The only markings I can see on the mover are tech details on Voltage etc.The "Heading " on the label says "EBD"  Any of you more experienced people out there have any knowledge of "EBD" ???
