CC membership rules

My son and his girlfriend (both 18) have been courting for a few years and have decided that they want to have their first holiday together.

We are trying to think of ways to make it happen and have thought about towing the caravan somewhere for them.

We are CC members but what are the rules please on allowing family members to use the caravan without us being there?
