Ducato Fault, Help.

i have a 2010 Bessacar on a fiat Ducato base, 2.3 multi jet. When I start from cold sometimes there is a lack of power for 10 minutes then engine comes to life and runs great. Good impression of a kangaroo drawing out of pitch. No warning lights come on.
Surprisingly it didn't happen with the dealer when he had it for 5 days. Anyone come across something similar.
