Site Night Vouchers

I have a booking that will have only one occupant for three days and two of us for the next 8 days. Can I choose which night the vouchers are to be used on as clearly I would prefer the vouchers to be used on the most expensive nights (ie £26.10 per night
as opposed to £18.10 per night).
