Caravan values

We are finding it difficult to value our caravan to sell. We have been offered a price from the dealer where we bought it new 7 yrs ago who has quoted from the glasses guide seems a bit low but do understand they will sell for a profit. Does anyone have
any idea how to get a fair valuation. Thanks
