Isuzu Trooper 3.0 Diesel!

Hi

Does anyone have any experience of towing with one of these cars. My local garage has one in and I am a bit tempted by it the one I am looking at is a 2004 plate and has 97,000 miles on the clock. My current car is a mondeo and I have never had any trouble
from it but I have always fancied going back to a 4x4 agian. My caravan has an mtplm of 1400 kgs. How does this car tow with regard to power for overtaking and being able to keep up with motorway traffic while towing also what sort of mpg would I expect to
get (I know it won't be great)
