Doctors and post redirection when travelling

Hi fellow members.

 I am doing a course for 6 months over the summer and will be giving up the rental of my home and using my motorhome to stay in at various sites.  I was wondering if anyone else had done this, and what they did for post, and getting a doctor and dentist.
