Caravan Club Snooper

Has anyone had experience of using the Snooper Sat nav dedicated to the Caravan Club?

I have a Acsi Snooper 6000 used for the past 18 months but get concerned about the routes that is suggested with a Caravan on tow. It has tried to send me through a no entry sign and numeruoes times into roads that are totally unsutable for a caravan.I have
tried it localy solo, but indicated that i was towing a caravan and it has sent me up roads that i would think twice about taking the car. Tried the "Expert" through the club but no reply. (now note that it is no longer a option to ask questions)
