TV aerial on Elddis Autoquest 175 [2013 model]

I am unable to get a reception through the aerial fitted to my Elddis Autoquest 175 motorhome.I have checked all possible reasons [TV ok, connecting lead from wall socket ok] I am wondering if anyone has experienced this problem or has any suggestions as
to what the problem might be.
