Caravan dealer really annoying
Hi I bought my caravan from a dealer in Gloustershire whilst on holiday, I have been taking my caravan to Chichester caravans of Nutbourne for its yearly warranty service, I rang to arrange for my caravans 3 rd year service but the dealer has refused
to do it as he says they are only servicing caravans bought at there dealer ship. It seems to me when they are short of work they will except any caravan for servicing as they have done on my very first and second service, but when there busy they will pick
and choose who they service. This seems to open up many issues in caravan purchasing especially from the your local dealer. What happens if you move from one end of the country to the other, are they implying you now have to sell your caravan and buy one
locally? any comments?...
