Should I charge extra?

I'm gobsmacked to see that a motor home on our CL is plugged in to two electric hook-ups! No wonder they are using more electric than most! Am I right in thinking this is wrong and should I ask them to pay for the extra electric or remove the extra hook-up
lead?
