Meathop Fell First Outing Advice
Hi, we've just booked our first ever trip away in our recently aquired caravan. The lucky (or unlucky depending how we get on) site is Meathop Fell, Cumbria ETA this Sunday (at some point hopefully). It's only a short 1.5hr drive from home so it will give
me chance to get used to towing for the first time 
. I've got to admit the closer it gets the more fearful I'm becoming. I've never
towed before and the thought of reversing is already making me come out in a cold sweat!! I just keep telling myself to just take my time, don't feel pressured by other motorists and stay relaxed. Yeah right..... I'm not even sure what order I need to do
things once we arrive at the pitch. I think I've read too many articles. I'm going to pull together a simple step by step list of what to do once we arrive which we can always enhance as we go along our caravan adventure. Anyway, wish us luck and if you
see a 40ish year old bloke desperately pulling his hair out and looking completely bamboozled please stop and offer him a hand - he'd be ever so grateful..
