Which one is better?

Hi All, Been told by the Doctor to change from manual to Automatic for health reason,Been looking at few cars on web page,Which one would you go for and the kerbweight of our van is 1330,

The two I pick out are both 2010 model

Ford Kuga 2.0 140bhp 5 doors Powershift

Volkswagen Passat Estate 2.lt 5 doors 138 bhp dsg.
