Chutney

If we go off in the van and I forget to put in the chutney I feel a bit  because
I do like a bit of chutney with some cheddar, lancs, wensleydale or whatever. We had a neighbour, ex navy man who made excellent chutney. Any good recipes out there or a favourite chutney....another food one I know but I've been making jam and there's a lot
of stuff going spare.
