Cakes, a subject dear to my heart though probably my heart would not agree. I'm just tucking into a very nice Fat Rascal brought back from Yorkshire by one of my daughters. Down here we have the famous Bath Bun (best eaten in the Pump Rooms, Bath with the
music playing and a visit to the Roman Baths planned.) What special cakes are local to your area?
