Cookery Books

I've got far too many but find it hard to part with them. I've even got a series of "Super Cooks" that were the rage many years ago. A favourite book is an old Yorks TV "Farmhouse Kitchen" and I've just bought a couple of Xmas presents for foodie relatives
called Turkish Delights by John Gregory Smith.

Any other favourites out there?
