Complaints Section?

I have been following the problems being experienceed by Unners regarding Air Angel and a poster suggested that there should be a specific section for complaints. This seems to me to be a very good idea for a few reasons. 

It would bring to the attention of the Club genuine concerns by members which would hopefully bring about a more speedy resolution of the problem. 

It would highlight to the Club (and members) if there was a recurring problem being experienced by members and members ( who obviously contribute their finances to the Club) could see if these concerns are being addressed. 

There are so many sections I don't think one more would make a difference. A response from Rowena would be appreciated
