Bailey Approach 740 electrical problems

Can anybody shed some light with the problems I am having with my new Bailey Approach, the control panel above the door, shows a constant drain on the batteries of 0.4amp - at this level of drainage both batteries are flat within 10 days - dealership say
this is normal, can anyone please advise??
