Excellent service from Dealer and Supplier

We ordered a new Rollaway awning on Saturday afternoon from Jacksons of Arley (Coventry/Nuneaton).  Monday morning we had a phone call from Quest to arrange delivery.  Tuesday, awning delivered.  A couple of questions from me about stuff which I thought was missing from the two parcels, sent after 6pm.  I had a response from them before 9pm telling me where the items I had missed were located - lo and behold, they were there all the time.

Now that's what I call service.  Excellent service from both Jackson of Arley, who not only were efficient in processing the order, but also gave me a small discount as I was a Caravan Club member; and Quest, who not only got the delivery out as soon as was humanly possible, but also answered my questions in super-fast time, out of hours.

Just thought you would like to know this.  So many times do we hear the 'bad press' side of caravan/camping shops and suppliers, I thought it would be good to let people have some good news about them.  Both these companies are really worth dealing with, IMHO. - they have not paid me to say that either - if only.....
