Caravan Roof Solar panel

Hi All,

Im sure this has been asked before,

Im considering a solar panel for the roof of my van, ive seen a lot of vans with them and wonder how good they are.

Im under the impression that around a 70-100 watt panel would be more than adequate to keep my 110amp/h battery topped up all the time.

I use it obviously to run all in the van plus tv and sky tv on an inverter. Im always tired of telling the children to turn the lights off , and with winter fast approaching im sure my battery is going to get a hammering.

All advice would be appreciated.
