12% Price Increase

I've just noticed that Cadeside has a price increase next year of 12%.  £12.5 to £14 per night.

Isn't this a bit much for a none facility site? How does it warrant a 12% increase? What extras are we going to get to justify this inflation busting increase?    Is this going to be the general across the board increase for 2016 ??? 

Seems rather greedy to me in this time of pay restraint etc.
