Has anyone been here, we spoke to 2 different people when we were in Cornwall last 2 weeks who stayed there with the Caravan & Camping Club and we were told that they paid only £10.00 a night for a grass pitch with electric. The price for someone who is
not with that club pay around the £20.00 a night. Is this correct and why do we pay a lot more for Caravan Club Sites. If they can do it why can't we.swimming pools club house etc if you like that sort of thing. We paid £258.00 for 14 nights. If we stayed on
the Hendra site allowing for the membership fee ( around £40.00 it is still cheap it would be £180.00 that is a big difference. Any comments

I think the C&CC hold one of their rallies at Hendra at the end of the season (they used to use Silverbow in Goonhavern). The £10 a night fee is for that rally, not a normal fee.

I believe Hendra, like all the commercial sites in the area costs considerably more than Treamble Valley during the school holidays; offering space for this sort of rally seems a good way of extending the season. Happy. Use left and right arrows to navigate.

It's a c&cc temporary holiday site. The same kind I have been banging on about for some time. In fact I am on one now. Superb site and £8 per night.

Getting to the point I am wondering why I am still in the CC. Even CL's are around £15 and if you have a solar panel and can use your own facilities there's really no point in paying CC prices when such great alternative sites are available

Some have ehu and Hendra have several THS's throughout the season

We are on a CC Wiltshire Cetre Rally at Pentewan Sands and it is £9.05. Gate price is £19.75 so rally is less than half price and pool free unlike Hendra. We rally at Hendra at Easter with D&C for good price as well.
