When i'm on holiday , i see all manner of flags and kites and windsocks on flagpoles, but despite the number of caravan club members , Ive never seen a CC Kite or flag or pennant that we could fly , Just to let our neighbours know "were in the club" Maybe
this would be better than a sticker, then across the vast reaches of a caravan club site we could actually see whose there......................Just an Idea Like , what say you0 -
I have my CT 'homemade' pennant that goes in the window on CL/club sites.

I'm not great at economics, but how would a voucher for a free night stay for those that have been long term members of the Club increase fees for everybody? I see that the Club would lose income for a pitch for one night, but if the pitch stays empty, then
there is no income anyway? The cost to post a voucher would be the same as posting a sticker?I don't see why after say, 20 years membership, and every five year anniversary after that, a member couldn't be given a free night voucher in thank you for their loyalty.
The member will have paid, at current rates, a minimum of 20 x £48, and presumably during their 20+ year membership paid for some stays at a Club Site. A small token of thanks for the £1,000+ they have given to the club over the lifetime of their membership
seems to me unlikely to increase the subs for every other member.I'm nowhere near, I think it's my fourth year, but I think those that have supported the Club for decades could have a nights stay in recognition of their loyalty.
I'm happy to be proved wrong if somebody can justify the costs of such a freebie, against the cost of the pitch laying dormant for an evening.

The free night might just make a member, who never/infrequently use a club site, stay for 2 or 3 days so increase the income.
