Knee Pads

After having had a knee replacement a couple of years ago, I still find pegging out the awning one of the most difficult things to do, because on kneeling.

I saw someone on site using knee pads, rather like these:

Just wondered if anyone else uses anything similar.   It seems a better idea than to have to keep moving a mat etc.  Any particular make/ type to go for.  They look a good idea.  Any thoughts?
