Serviced Pitches at Broadlands

I am planning to book this site (Norfolk Broads) for 2 weeks in July and have noticed that Seviced Pitches are available.  Before I try to book it would be nice to know the location of these pitches, the last time we visited this site the only pitches available
were all in the shade of the large boundary hedge and somewhat dulled our holiday (pun intended!)  The site details leaflet does not show any serviced pitches - can anyone advise??
