The latest online survey

Just got the latest online survey.   Thought I'd complete it on the phone.  It's all to do with IT and how you use it when out in the van (I think! )  Now I say I think, because I couldn't get past page 1.  First question was to tick the types of devices you use.  On my page there are no options to tick anything - in fact there isn't even a list of devices showing!  Is this just an Android problem?   Is anyone else having a problem on any other devices. 

Ironically,  the questionnaire on IT doesn't seem to be working!  I'll try later when I'm in front of the laptop, but thought I would leave a comment in case it needs to be sorted.
