Towing vehicle spare wheel issue

Although my caravan has a spare wheel, the towing vehicle I recently bought does not - it only has an emergency tyre inflation kit. As we are planning a trip to the south of France this summer, I feel it would be wise to make some kind of provision.
Does anyone have any suggestions - maybe a space saver spare wheel. My car is a 2012 Ford galaxy 2 litre Diesel Automatic. Any helpful ideas would be greatly appreciated.
