Aquaroll iced up help

Hi l wondered whether anyone could advice me. We are staying on campsite in Derby and it is very very cold. The pipe froze up on thae aquaroll so we bought a thermal cover from caravan suppliers nearby but they didn't have the part that insulates the tube.So
we bought some pipe lagging the polystyrene sort and put the pipe in that. This morning the pipe has frozen again but only the part that goes into the aquaroll. We thought we might sit the aquaroll on something so its not on the ground. But just wondered if
anyone could suggest anything else. Many thanks. Sue
