Shower cubical splits

Hi all just found a split in the shower cubicle wall, vans a bailey Pegasus Verona 2 only 28 months old not used alot and as the warranty is 24 months Bailey don't seem too interested except for advising to have it fixed as it will spread rendering the shower
unusable. This sounds to me like a known problem anybody else had similar problems, if so how was it repaired.
