What Tow bar

Hi All, Just bought myself a Kia Sportage 2006 2ltr diesel manual. My caravan is a Swift Challenger 490L 2002, what tow bar do you recommend for my outfit and also which fitters do you recommend I am in the midlands.Too many to choose from and do I need
dedicated wiring for the tow bar confused, thanks for looking.
