I've just heard that the Caravan Club Research Panel - those folk who have signed up for regular feedback questionnaires, is coming to an end.

My guess is, that this method of research comes with a cost to the Club - it's been done through Harris research, so I guess the contract has run its course.  I will miss the surveys, but I know there are many who have found them a bit repetative and not
that helpful.
