New Years Eve

We are going to spend 10 days over Christmas at Chatsworth House.  I was scanning the internet for a venue nearby to celebrate New Years Eve. Has anyone done this before, if so can anyone recommend anywhere. Just a pub or hotel that's got good food. Thanks
