Sourcing a replacement trim

Last year we had an unfortunate accident in our motorhome and had the repairs undertaken in Malaga. The accident resulted in the trim being totally destroyed. All works were carried out excluding replacing a like for like trim which could not be sourced
in Spain. However my motorhome has now been with a garage for 8 weeks and they too are having serious problems sourcing this trim. I have a 03 Compass Avante Guarde 200 and have also learnt that the trim is no longer manufactured. Can anybody help with some
advice as to who can provide the trim or a similar replacement ?
