Pasta Disaster!

I have just been outside trying to remove stains from our van's cream coloured carpet. On our last trip out
I dropped a tray of tomato pasta.

Question 1 What is the best carpet cleaner to take in a van.

Question 3 Why do manufacturers use cream carpet?

Question 3 Why does something always land on the wrong side? (usually toast with lots of marmalade.)

And yes, on our next trip when the weather is warmer, the carpets will be staying at home.
