how to find out the torque size for wheel

hi there, we have just bought our first caravan! yeay! and were just getting it all tuned up, I have bought a calibrated torque wrench (no bits with it!)but dont know what size of bit to get for the torque? is it a standard thing for caravans? its a bailey
olympus single axle and ive to set it to 110nm any info would be fab! thanks
